Did Jeff also receive the A-to-Z Guarantee Claims?

Hello everyone. Do you know A-to-Z Guarantee Claims? This is a word that Amazon sellers dislikes very much. Because customers can exercise this right very easily, they may not even know this name.

This is a way to ask the seller for a refund if the customer has not received the order item or there is a problem with the item. I think that this is the right to exercise unconditionally within 3 months from the delivery date of the item.

If the customer exercises this right, Amazon will request a reply from the seller. It's OK. True sellers prove delivery by presenting tracking numbers and so on.

However, I experienced terrible case many times. It was completely customer misunderstandings. I presented the tracking number. But Amazon says. "The customer did not receive the item. I issue refund from your sales proceeds. You need to provide a valid tracking number to the customer".

The customer later said that the item had arrived. Of course I informed Amazon about this for have the claim withdrawn. But Amazon said. "I understand your feelings, but we will never overturn matters once decided".

WHAT? Feelings? NO! That is a fact. I certainly shipped the item with tracking number and the customer received the item as planned. It is a problem caused by customers misunderstanding and Amazon made a decision too quickly. However, sellers who are victims are treated as perpetrators and are punished. This is Amazon.

It seems that the principal who made such a defective system received the A-to-Z Guarantee Claims. His name is Jeff. He was discovered by photographers in the scene of secret meeting with a mistress in October.

His wife seems to exercise the right of A-to-Z Guarantee Claims this January. Yes. She certainly has that right. Because it is within 3 months from October.

I think that she got a large refund from Jeff. But it is supposed to be only half of his wealth. Hey Amazon! Sellers are forced to make a 100% refund by A-to-Z Guarantee Claims. Why in Jeff's case is half?

Thank you for reading my complaints. I will write again.

Is Amazon proud to have employees with minimum wage?

Hello everyone. Compliance with the law is great. But I think that it is not something to boast about. Especially large corporations are obliged to obey and responsible the law.

I have found a tweet with Amazon Policy's official Twitter account (@amazon_policy). The sentence is full of pride.

----------------------------------------------------
Last fall we announced the new Amazon $15 wage for all hourly employees in the US. Today we applaud the introduction of bills to raise the federal minimum wage to $15. Thank you @BobbyScott @RepStephMurphy @PattyMurray @SenSanders for your leadership on this issue. #RaisetheWage
----------------------------------------------------

Great! Great! Great! Amazon had guaranteed all employees a minimum wage of $ 15 ahead of the US government! I have never seen any more pride thing!

Hey Amazon, did you feel good now? Is pay $15 to employees big news than pay $69 billion to a divorced wife? Yeah, there are no other people who comply with the law as much as Jeff does.

By the way, when will you pay the minimum wage for me? Strictly speaking it is not a salary. Just my money. That is thousands of dollars and hundreds of products you unjustly robbed from me.

Your boast is the same as a murderer proud "I did not ignore the signal." How long will you not change that embarrassing policy?

Thank you for reading my complaints. I will write again.

Although I can not login to my account, I was robbed Amazon of my products and money, how do I sell toys and games?

Of course I reply to this email. But Amazon's correspondence is the same as usual. "Never respond". This is Amazon's basic response.

Are we boys Jeff's toys? How long will he be playing with us? Probably after 25 years he discards the toys. But we can not be friends close with him.

Thank you for reading my complaints. I will write again.

Will our Emperor remarry with the Devil with $69 billion?

Hello everyone. The world is fussing with Jeff 's divorce problem. But do you know that there was a big news that can not be laughed another by that shade?

I do not know exactly when it is from, but at least from one month ago, very shameful products were on sale on Amazon. It was a variety of variations, but it is the bath mat to be laid toilet seat and at your feet.

People who do not know this story will think like this. "What can be a problem with the bath mat?". Yes. This is a problem that should not normally happen. Who can imagine drawing such a thing there?

What was drawn on the bath mat was various pictures and photos symbolizing Muslim. It is such a temple, a scripture, a woman wearing a cloth on her head. Crazy!

People have found them a month ago. They complained of this shameful deed by Amazon on Twitter. In spite of many people's appeals @AmazonHelp and @JeffBezos did not remove shameful products. Why? There was no reply sentence in his template.

Those who gave up trying to appeal to amazingly mechanical Amazon brought this story to the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). This group officially made a complaint to Amazon. And finally Amazon created a new template.

This took us a month. Crazy! Crazy Jeff! We will not complain about you losing $69 billion overnight. Please do it your way. However, this is not the case. What happens if the fighting people are stimulated by Amazon's shameful products? It is not an exaggeration to say that war will occur.

Do I have to give the boy Jeff another education? Pay homage to all religions, cultures and people. You should not attack people with different ideas from yourself. The bigger your business, the better take the influence into account.

At today, there are few people who do such silly things even if they are atheists. Or have you signed an advertisement agreement with the Devil? Or will you remarry with the Devil with $69 billion?

At that time people will leave you and in the end the Devil also will throw you. There will be no longer anyone comforting you who stands quietly with $34.5 billion.

Thank you for reading my complaints. I will write again.

Why do we have to pay Jeff's divorce palimony?

Hello everyone. I think you already know as big news all over the world, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos (@JeffBezos) got divorced the other day.

Originally I would like to comfort and encourage him from the bottom of my heart. Unfortunately that is impossible. Because he is the top of the organization that robbed thousands of dollars and hundreds of products from me. Congratulations!

According to some reports, he may lose $69 billion equivalent to half of his wealth. It itself is not a big problem. Please think about it. He still has $69 billion. How many such people are in the world? Congratulations!

The problem is that some of the parts (even if it is really a small part) that make up that dirty his wealth. It were taken from us, Amazon victims. Why should we be responsible for Jeff's missed marriage? Why do we have to pay Jeff's divorce palimony?

I still can not log in to my Amazon account, money does not come back, and I have not received reply email from Amazon or Jeff. Even if he was depressed due to the divorce problem, there should not be an Amazon policy "Do not have to respond to customers".

Hey Jeff. It's late but never too late. Please solve our problem as soon as possible. If you solve this problem, I will celebrate words from the bottom of my heart when you remarry. Congratulations!

Thank you for reading my complaints. I will write again.

Is "Amazon India" synonymous with the lawless zone?

Hello everyone. I am witnessing lots of Amazon victims every day on Twitter. Amazon has business in various countries. Do you know which country's service is the worst? As far as I know it is overwhelmingly India (Amazon.in, @amazonIN).

Every kind of fraud is being done there. Delayed delivery? It is not counted as a problem in Amazon India. Product does not reach. The wrong product arrives. Credit card is illegally used. The account suddenly becomes useless. The carrier steals the products at ease.

Such fraud is a truly unforgivable crime. However, it is Amazon that encourages the crime and further suffers the victims. On Twitter, the worst customer service team called @AmazonHelp is the root of evil.

They will not solve the problem. Just tell apology words by template and send useless links. They do not disclose emergency contacts even when credit cards are being misused. They say "Please wait 6-12 hours" in the template. And even if waiting 6-12 "days" the problem is not solved.

Because the wrong product arrived, there was a customer who wished for returns and refunds. @AmazonHelp gave him useless time as usual. And amazingly, Amazon refused his return request!

Please think about it. He received the wrong product. He carefully uploaded photos of product and label on Twitter. Even so, Amazon insisted that "We sent the correct product".

Great. Believe that Amazon sent the correct product. However, customer still have the right to return the product and get a refund. Isn't it? If we do not have this right, Amazon can make money by sending garbage (or nothing) to the customer. You did it Jeff! You can go to space soon.

Thus I continue to retweet and reply to @AmazonHelp everyday, wishing to help one of the victims of Amazon India who is suffering. @AmazonHelp sometimes reply to me.

I myself am a victim of Amazon.com. But @AmazonHelp sends me the Amazon.in link as they can not read the characters.

Hey @AmazonHelp. I am not Indian but native American. Just joke.

Thank you for reading my complaints. I will write again.

"We banished you from our Empire. But pay the taxes" ?

Hello everyone. A Happy New Year except @AmazonHelp and @JeffBezos! Amazon regretted me again early in the New Year.

Amazon obviously sent a fictitious invoice below to me.

Amazon says "Please note that this tax invoice is not a request for payment". But even if deduct it, this is a terrible story. Why? Amazon banished me at the end of November last year. I can not login to my account from that time on until today.

I will say it again. I was banished from the Amazon Empire at the end of November 2018. However, the Emperor (@JeffBezos) ordered me to pay taxes in December 2018.

Of course they did not reply to me about this matter. Has our Emperor finally developed a time machine?

Thank you for reading my complaints. I will write again.
