Is it a gift service to ruin your gift?

Hello everyone. Did you enjoy Christmas? I had fun, but I was sorry about Amazon.

I think that you all know, Amazon offers gift services such as gift wrapping to customers. And they are charge fee.

I saw Amazon's vandalous gift service victims on Twitter before and after this year's Christmas. I would like to introduce them a little.

Case1: Gifts wet with rain

He purchased gift items using Amazon gift service. However, the carrier threw it into the garden the same way as usual. To be bad it rains that day. The merciless service of Amazon and the carrier also let rainy the customer's heart.

Case2: Mixed different gifts

There is no guarantee that only one family member lives in one house. However, Amazon policy seems not to mention it. Father, mother, brother, sister. Gifts for each entered into one box, and gift wrapped and delivered. Naturally gift wrapping is should redone.

Case3: Kindergarten child level gift wrapping

Case5: Please delight the luxury brand "Amazon"!

Is the real "FBA" the biggest income source of Amazon?

Hello everyone. Do you know FBA? This is a service for Amazon sellers, and Amazon is frequently advertising it.

FBA is a name made from the initials of "Fulfillment by Amazon". As a nuance is like a "Amazon will do everything for sell". Below is a description by Amazon about this.

In addition to this, the staff at Amazon warehouse frequently miscounts the number of products delivered by seller or loses it.

Still sellers must be patient. Because Amazon's ability to attract customers is excellent, even if there is payment of the above fee or some loss of products.

But I was careless. There was a pitfall in the FBA that does not appear on the front. That is account (login) block by Amazon. Since Amazon holds sales proceeds and a lot of products, the impact to FBA sellers is great.

I have heard that Amazon sometimes takes tough measures such as account blocking against sellers who do not use FBA. That is because there is a possibility that a fraudster who actually does not sell products is missing in the sellers.

But I was careless. I experienced the fact that the FBA seller is no exception. If Amazon say black, even Polar bear is black. Amazon has such a threatening power to sellers and customers.

But please think about it. How can do an FBA seller like me fraud? By sell counterfeits? Amazon checks them and I have never received complaints from customers. Amazon did not send any warning about my products.

And Amazon that I trusted betrayed me quietly. They blocked my account without saying anything and robbed me of thousands of dollars and hundreds of products.

FBA. Fulfillment by Amazon? No. "Fraud by Amazon".

Will Jeff reply to my letter?

Hello everyone. I sent a message again to Jeff Bezos (jeff@amazon.com). Since he is a busy man, I will wait about 3 more days.

Hello. This is Amazon.com seller XXX(Name) from XXX(Store name). How are you doing? I heard that you are focusing on space development. It's really good and big dream! You may be strong focus about it, but also would you not turn your attention to what is near you a little?

Actually I have one big problem since the end of last month. I have been can't to login to my Amazon account from that time on until today. I was selling my products by using FBA. As a result, Amazon holding the my several thousand dollars sales proceeds and hundreds of products.

Please don't scoff at this. For you this may be less than the tip you hand to the waiter at lunch time, but for me it's an asset to protect the life of me and my family. Please understand it. You and I are not born with hold of bills.

I sent emails to Amazon's contacts and various email addresses, but I did not receive a reply. Since I can not help it, I registered a Twitter account and kept sending messages to @AmazonHelp. They reacted to me in the early days. Could you imagine how much I felt saved at that time? Actually they sent me a contact link and gave me a reply. But my problem was not solved.

After that they began to ignore my message. I tried to reply to their email address, but that was an unreplyeable address. 3 weeks have passed since the problem occurred. I had to keep shouting "Amazon Fraud!" on Twitter.

Do you know why I did so? If Amazon's business partner neglect to pay anything to Amazon, I think that Amazon first does is to encourage payment them. But if business partners continue to ignore it, Amazon will sue them. This is the same. This is a natural behavior as a person engaged in business.

I have not heard it at all since I sell my products through FBA, but if I violated any Amazon policy, please let me know that. The reason why I am confused is that suddenly login to my account has been blocked without receiving any warning from Amazon. Really I have not received any explanation about this.

Another thing, this is not my problem directly, but I have something to say to you. That's about @AmazonHelp on Twitter. I don't want to criticize you. But frankly speak, @AmazonHelp is very unpopular. Troubled customers and sellers send a message to @AmazonHelp. They say "I understand. We will solve your problem soon". However, problems will not be solved after a long time.

Many customers and sellers including me, blamed @AmazonHelp. The reason is their template (copy and paste) work. They always send messages of the same content to customers, and they don't take responsibility even for a small thing. The customers felt as if they were against robot.

Jeff. Please let me told you. You should believe more @AmazonHelp's staff and to leave responsible work. If they can more flexibly respond to customers, many customer problems and discontent will be solved. Not only that, people will praise Amazon on Twitter. Of course I am also.

I understand that this reform costs education time and money and there are risks. It is very lossy and inefficient in the short term. However, I think that there is no other useful investment in the long term. Yes! This is just like investing in space development.

I would be happy if you are interested in my story even a little. And if many customers and sellers, and also @AmazonHelp staff can smile, I'm glad very well.

A fraud group to piggyback on a fraud company?

Hello everyone. What will the fraud group intend to take away from me any more?

This is a serious problem for Amazon sellers, especially for sellers who have suspended their accounts or have been blocked login.

I got one email from fraud group who calls Amazon. They use the following email address. They seem to have a lot of this kind of address.

"seller-notification@gp-amazon.com"(Caution! Please do not contact this email address. This is from the fraud group)

The contents of the email are as follows.

Still the last Emperor keeps silent?

Hello everyone. Do you know that there is a one emperor in this age? He has net worth of $138.2 billion, and following about 613,000 followers.

He is famous for being very silent. He never tweet from November 20. Even if his people are screams desperately.

Of course the thousands of dollars and hundreds of products I have lost by Amazon fraud is smaller than mustard seeds for the emperor's eyes. So should I bow down to him? No! Absolutely not!

Oddly the emperor told something the other day. If Amazon does not take care of customers, Amazon can not keep sitting at the top. Yes! I fully agree with this opinion!

Did @AmazonHelp help who?

Hello everyone. Do you know @AmazonHelp at Twitter? That is an account that annoys customers beyond our imagination.

Suppose a customer tweets something with "@AmazonHelp" on Twitter. Then they says "I understand" in succession. Then send a link for inquiries. We must waiting for 12 business hours, or even 12-24 hours.

Did you think this is a groundbreaking system? Yes. If it really so. However, the reality is far from that.

First of all they send a link to us, but they are not the ones who reply to it. This is the worst thing. @AmazonHelp person in charge does not assume any responsibility.

Next, the person in charge of @AmazonHelp also changes frequently. They have named initials at the end of tweets (Like this:^CN, ^KI). After several hours we can not see the same initials. It will change and change and change.

I witnessed one case today. One of the Amazon customers said that misused by someone on her credit card. This is a very urgent case. However, @AmazonHelp sent her a link. And they let her wait overnight. And one more day was going to pass.

Can not you say that Amazon is indirectly helping fraud? The fraudster may have escaped to the end of the world in 2 days that Amazon earned. Is not it? This is a terrible service.

I was kept waiting for 24 hours. There is no reply from them. Did @AmazonHelp help who?

Will shipping costs be deficit in overseas shipment?

Hello everyone. I will introduce Amazon's terrible service I experienced as a customer.

In recent years Amazon has started to overseas(global) shipping? In the past, only books or CDs could be delivered overseas. This is a really big development. If really it is.

Even here Amazon fraud is emerging. At least 3 times I remember, Amazon has "lost" the products I ordered with overseas shipment.

The feature of a "lost" products are that it is big, long, or heavy. You guys already understood. Right? Yes. If Amazon delivered them to me, Amazon will be in deficit due to shipping cost. So they "lost" them before shipping them.

By the way, the name of the delivery service is "i-parcel". This is provided by UPS. Perhaps Amazon can issue a tracking number before actually shipping the product. It is possible that UPS is an accomplice though it is not wanting to think.

I chatted to Amazon customer service and pursued about this matter. They said this was a "Rare shipping accident".

I snapped at that time. They continued and said, "If you wait another week, Amazon will ship the replacement." This was a ridiculous proposal.

"Amazon has lost 3 items of my overseas shipping products. Still you say this as a rare case? What would you do if you "lost" a replacement? Can you take responsibility?"

Amazing things happened here. Said the Amazon customer service.

"Can you take responsibility for delivery? Are you a carrier?"

I was amazed, but I told him back.

"Sometimes so."

After silencing about 10 minutes each other, I decided to receive a refund for finish this matter. Truly Amazon is a nice company(Irony).

Hello everyone. Continue to talk about experiences when chatting with Amazon customer service.

They lost the package as usual. I asked for a refund. It took me more than 10 minutes to check. And finally they agreed to refund.

I was kept waiting for 5 minutes. They said, "I am sorry. There is an error in the refund system. But please do not worry. I will transfer this chat to another department."

WHAT!? They say I will forward you to another department after seeing me waiting for more than 15 minutes. They gave me the runaround.

What do you think will happen if I agree with this? Exactly! I have to explain again order ID, product name and why I want to refund. I will be kept waiting for 30 minutes in total.

So I refused. "Please do not transfer. Just you contact another department and issue refund."

They said, "I can not do that."

"WHY?"

"This is Amazon policy."

I was shocked and kept silent. 10 minutes passed. Amazon said, "You did not talk for 10 minutes. We close this chat soon."

WHY? Now, let's all say together! "This is Amazon policy!!!!!!"

I ended up taking a about a hour to get a refund after all. Someone please tip me...

Want to experience the lowest customer service?

Hello everyone. Customer service. Amazon is using this word shamelessly. In fact it is not something to call the Service.

I have talked as Amazon seller until now. But at the same time I was a customer. This time I will tell you what I experienced as an Amazon customer.

Amazon frequently loses packages. The customer naturally gets angry. He will contact Amazon as soon as possible. By chat.

"Hello Amazon. I never receive my package. Could you refund asap?"

Amazon say, "How are you? Sorry. I will check it. Could you let me know your order ID?"

WHAT!? We have already entered the order ID when we start chatting with Amazon. But they always ask us the order ID.

Since it can not be helped, when I start chatting, I decided to tell Amazon the order ID in advance.

"Hello Amazon. About order #111-111111111-111111111.I never receive my package. Could you refund asap?"

Amazon say, "How are you? Sorry. I will check it. Could you let me know product name?"

And Amazon say, "Would you like to get replacement?"

Why am I being angry?

Hello everyone. I'm angry. If I am not angry, no one make this kind of blog. Yes. That's right.

What Amazon did to me? I wrote it on my profile.

"One day suddenly Amazon took away our products and sales."

Exactly! This is all. I met robbery. The one I trust is robbery.

Explanation is necessary. One day (I can clearly say the date. However, I will stop now. Because they will specified me.) suddenly I can not login to Amazon seller central.

Oh, this is an Amazon system error. I decided to wait for a while. However, no matter how many hours passed, even after 24 hours the problem was not solved.

I tried changing my password. Email receive from Amazon that the change was completed. However, it was just an automatic reply email, and the problem did not actually resolve.

I was upset and tried to contact Amazon. However, in the next moment, I despair. Yes. When Amazon seller is unable to login to seller central, the way to contact Amazon is almost nothing.
